Linda Watson is a qualified, experienced Personal Trainer, Clinical Pilates Instructor and Sports Massage & Rehabilitation Therapist, having studied in London with Premier Training and the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI). She has worked in London as a freelance therapist since 2002, working closely with Chiropractors treating people with a variety of problems, helping rehabilitate injuries and postural imbalances and thereby reducing pain. Subsequently, Linda spent 2 years working in a Swiss ski resort, helping skiers and snow boarders with Pilates to prepare them for their sport, and sports massages to help them recover!
Since returning to Johannesburg, Linda has had the opportunity to work with and treat a variety of clients, from the fit and strong to the not so fit or strong, with a variety of goals whether they be fitness, toning, flexibility or recovery from injury, and her clients' health and well being is of the utmost importance to her. Her clients include sports people, corporates, the computer-bound and the car-bound, pregnant women, moms and the elderly to mention a few.
